When Dutch couple Arianne and Derk Bonthuis renovated an 1893 estate in Haarlem, their “vintage-Scandinavian” style translated into an open kitchen of pink tile and green cabinet fronts (an Ikea hack). Here, we profile sources for the main elements that pull the look together.
