When making storage a priority in every corner, boxy bins, straight-edge shelving, and more angular forms are usually the way to go. But we’ve been noticing an organization piece that brings an elegant curve into the picture, while keeping things clean and streamlined.
Our go-to furniture shops are all carrying a very similar-looking black arched cabinet. Some companies are suggesting it as a place to display books and curios; others are recommending barware or a wardrobe. Rounded silhouettes have been all abuzz this past year, so it makes sense they’re starting to inform the design of more utilitarian objects, too.
